Sandy Browne is a one-person studio. These terms are written in plain English. Signing up for any subscription means you agree to them.
Pricing & VAT
All prices are in GBP. VAT is not charged because SandyBrowne is below the HMRC VAT registration threshold.
Billing
- Hosting Only is billed at £30 every 3 months.
- Website Care (Static, WordPress, Shopify) is billed monthly.
- SEO Services (Starter, Business, Premium) are billed monthly.
- One-off services (SEO Audit, SEO Health Check, Google Business Profile Setup) are billed once at sign-up.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details never touch SandyBrowne servers. Receipts are sent by Stripe automatically.
Commitment
- Hosting Only runs in 3-month blocks. Cancellation ends your subscription at the end of the current 3-month block.
- Website Care is month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
- SEO Services ask you to commit for at least 3 months. SEO needs time to compound, so the first quarter is planned as one programme. You can cancel from your portal anytime, but if you need to leave inside the first 3 months we ask that you get in touch first so we can talk it through.
Cancelling & Switching
You manage subscriptions from the Stripe Customer Portal. Click Manage Your Subscription on the Subscribe page and enter your billing email; Stripe will email you a one-time login link.
- You can update your card and billing details.
- You can cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- You can switch Plan within the same service family. Switches take effect at your next renewal with no prorated charges or refunds.
Sign-up Review
Website Care and SEO Services are not bought directly from the public page. You request setup via the form; Sandy reviews fit and replies within 1 working day with a private payment link if the service is a fit. Your subscription only starts once you pay that link.
Refunds
- Subscriptions are not refunded mid-period.
- One-off services are refundable if work has not started. They are not refundable once work has started.
Cancelling Hosting Only
When you cancel hosting, Sandy will provide your site files or quote a one-off migration fee if you would like help moving the site elsewhere. Sites are not deleted without a manual follow-up.
Liability
SandyBrowne does careful work, but is not liable for outages, data loss, ranking changes, or payment issues caused by third-party platforms such as Stripe, Google, hosting providers, plugins, or services outside reasonable control.
